If We Call Your Area...

  • 60% (600) won't answer their phones.

  • 40% (400) will talk with us and 4% (16) will be interested, those we will transfer to you.

 

You'd only pay for 16 transferred calls. Not for the 1,000 of calls that were made to acquire the 16.

Some Will Call You...

16 would be transferred to you because they are interested in your offer.

  •  16 x 100% sales ratio = 16 sales.

Cost per sale is $35

  • 16 x 75% closing ratio = 12 sales.

Cost per sale is $46.67

  •  16 x 50% closing ratio = 8 sales.

Cost per sale is $70

  • 16 x 25% closing ratio = 4 sales.

Cost per sale is $140 

The real determining factor as to how much each sale costs, depends upon your closing ratio.

If We Call Your Area...

  • 50% (2,500) didn't answer their phones. Later 3% (75) see your caller ID, so call to see what you wanted before hearing message if one was left.

  • 20% of the no answers (500) have voicemail messages left. 2% (10) of those call to be removed from list, and 2% (10) of those call because they're interested.

  • 50% (2,500) talked with us and 4% (100) are interested, so they call you.

  • 10 called to not be called again.
