'mylo2' Wireless Contracts are for a minimum period of one year (12-months) from date of purchase.
Wireless service cost is $20 total monthly for using Verizon and/or AT&T.
First month cost is ($220+$20)= $240, than $20 monthly.
Fees Payable Upon Customer Early Termination: Upon termination by Customer of Denali ATM/OptConnect Agreement or a Customer Order for Hardware and Services prior to the end of the Term, Customer agrees to promptly pay Denali ATM, if applicable:
(i) in full for all monthly fees due under the remaining term of the Customer Order for the Managed Services;
(ii) a “deactivation fee” equal to $25 for each line of service that is deactivated prior to the end of the Term; and
(iii) an “unreturned product fee” of $220 for each Rented Hardware that is not returned in good working order to Denali ATM/OptConnect within 20 days of the termination date.
The foregoing payment obligations of Customer shall survive the termination of the Denali ATM/OptConnect Agreement or the applicable Customer Order. Upon termination of a Customer Order that includes prepaid Services, there will be no right to a refund of those fees.
